Krystyna Rawicz

Krystyna has over 35 years of experience in Project Management and Building Surveying. In that time, she has worked in private practice and local government, and established her practice, KRA Visionary Project Partners. Krystyna launched KRA Renewables, in 2018.  She is passionate about sustainability and environmental matters and is a member of the SCSI working group on sustainability and a vice chair of the Irish Green Building Council.

Finnbar Howell

B.Sc. (Hons) Physics, MA Creative Writing, M.Sc. Renewable Energy, Certificate in Energy Auditing

Finnbar leads the technical side of the KRA Renewables’ work and uses his broad experience to lead the technical analysis, modelling, design, audit, and consultancy of KRA Renewables. He has a diverse background, spanning Science, Data Analysis, Writing, Accounting and Engineering. He is a Certified Energy Auditor, a member of Engineers Ireland and the Association of Energy Engineers. and has worked across a wide range of projects in the Commercial, Residential, and public sectors.

Zofia Doyle

B.A Interior Architecture and Design, LEED Green Associate, Professional Certification in EV Technology and Renewable Energy Solutions

Zofia Doyle is the Operational Director at KRA Renewables, with a strong background in sustainable interior architecture and project leadership. A certified LEED Green Associate, she also holds training in NZEB and Passive House principles, bringing a high level of expertise in energy-efficient design and low- carbon building standards. She leads design projects for KRA Renewables, ensuring that sustainability and functionality are central to every solution. Zofia also directs the company’s Marketing and Development efforts and oversees its SEAI Grant initiatives. Her multidisciplinary knowledge of green building practices and energy-efficient design underpins KRA’s mission to create integrated, design-led solutions that are both visually compelling and environmentally responsible.

Ciara Lianne Ledwidge

BA in English, Media and Cultural Studies

Ciara serves as the administrator and office manager at our Kilcoole office, with over 15 years of administrative expertise across multiple sectors. With a BA in English, Media, and Cultural Studies, she combines exceptional organisational skills with clear, effective communication. Ciara brings a professional, detail-oriented approach and is dedicated to ensuring smooth, efficient operations that consistently support both the team and clients.

Energy Engineering Manager

Ciarán Rogan

Certificate in Building Energy Rating Assessment (Dwellings) (Level 6), BEng. (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering, BEng. (Ord) in Mechanical Engineering & Renewable Energy

Ciarán is the Energy Engineering Manager at KRA Renewables, bringing extensive expertise in mechanical engineering and renewable technologies. He holds a BEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering, a BEng (Ord) in Mechanical Engineering with Renewable Energy, and a Certificate in Building Energy Rating Assessment (Dwellings) (Level 6). In addition, Ciarán is a certified Non-Domestic and Domestic BER Assessor affiliated with SEAI. Ciarán is also certified in BREEAM In-Use and has completed Non-Domestic BER Assessor training. Having been with KRA Renewables since its early days, Ciarán has grown alongside the company, advising on energy audits, heat pump system design, and overseeing the project management and contract administration of large projects. His passion for sustainability, combined with technical expertise and a thoughtful leadership approach, helps drive the delivery of innovative, high-quality solutions for clients.

wind Energy Engineer & EMP SPECIALIST

Yugandhar Vijaykumar Patil

B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering (Energy Engineering), M.Sc. Sustainable Energy Technology

Yugandhar is a Wind Energy Engineer and EMP Specialist at KRA Renewables, bringing extensive expertise in sustainable technologies, energy optimisation, and wind energy engineering. He holds an MSc in Sustainable Energy Technology from TU Delft, Netherlands, where his master’s thesis introduced a novel analytical wake model that significantly reduced computational costs in the wind farm sector. He is certified as a CMVP (Certified Measurement & Verification Professional) and is a Non-Domestic BER Assessor. Since joining KRA Renewables as a Graduate Renewable Energy Engineer, Yuga has been instrumental in establishing the company as a leader in Energy Master Plans. He has contributed to a wide range of projects, including CSRD reporting, Energy Master Plans, Energy Audits, and the design of sustainable roadmaps toward carbon neutrality. His experience also includes hybrid wind-solar PV system sizing and installation, as well as undertaking wind feasibility studies and technical due diligence for the wind farm sector. Yuga brings a fresh perspective on technological advancements, helping the team stay at the forefront of innovation while delivering practical, high-impact solutions for clients and communities.
